Below is an interview with Randy Hernly, PGA Golf Professional, at Stonewall Resort. The following are a few traditional and non traditional golf centric questions that I love to ask influential people in the golf industry.

When did you start golfing and who introduced you do the game?
Started at the age of 9 as I grew up caddying at a municipal 9 hole golf course in Winchester, Indiana.

What is your current home course?
The Palmer Course at Stonewall Resort

To date, what is your proudest golf accomplishment?
Passing the PGA playing test. Shooting a number when you know what the number is!!!

What is your biggest golf pet peeve on or off the course?
Players that do not care for the course by replacing divots and repairing ball marks.

What is your favorite golf destination?
Monterey Peninsula area

What course is on your bucket list that you have not played yet?
Castle Stuart

If you woke up tomorrow and could play one course you played before, where would you play?
Spyglass Hill

If you could change one aspect, rule or thing about golf, what would it be and why?
None

Dream foursome (living)?
My dad, three brothers and two sons playing on the course I grew up on.
